Marketing Manager
Objective:
Under the general direction of the Sales Manager, the Marketing Manager is responsible for executing a strategic digital marketing program. Your role is to understand the Company’s goals and objectives, collaborate on an overall plan, recommend strategies and provide budget guidance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day strategic conception and execution of digital marketing programs, including search engine marketing, social media, PPC campaigns, SEO strategies, content, nurture, and email marketing
- Establish KPIs (Key Performance Indicator), measure results, and collaborate on a digital marketing strategy and media mix
- Analyze trends to promote data-driven decision making and identify potential opportunities for improvement
- Recommend budgets and conduct monthly/quarterly strategy sessions with the Director of Sales and President
- Stay aware of industry trends and developments as well as the latest and greatest in digital trends and technology
- Assist with coordinating and executing marketing communications and presentation materials, including brochures and newsletters
- Providing graphic design projects and or coordinating with an outsourced designer for desired end result
· Update and manage website accuracy. Work with an outsourced company in updating the website
· Provide consistent and strong support to all Keystone Group teams
· Attend regular office and department meetings
· Complete special projects as assigned by Sales Manager and or President

Prerequisites For Success:
- 3+ years experience in digital marketing with homebuilding familiarity a plus
- Proven results with planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns
- Expert understanding of marketing tools including Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Optimize, Search Ads 360, Data Studio, Display & Video 360, SEMrush, and CMS platforms
- Experience and understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong experience with web analytics, developing reports
- Strategic and creative thinking focusing on innovative yet measurable solutions
- Entrepreneurial with a problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to analyze complex issues and develop programs and recommendations to solve challenges
- Ability to present information clearly and concisely and respond to questions from internal team including senior executive team
- Must be organized and comfortable working on tight deadlines
- Ability to work with many different teams, staff levels, and disciplines simultaneously
- Ability to work with all personality types and represent the company brand at external functions
- Organized and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communications, including grammar and spelling
- Creative thinking in order to provide new marketing ideas
- Ability and availability to participate in networking events, some after hours

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
