**Job Overview:** We are seeking a talented Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing and have a creative flair for engaging content creation and social media management.

**Responsibilities:**

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) - Monitor social media channels for industry trends and competitor activity
Conduct research to stay current with emerging social media trends and best practices
Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with overall marketing efforts
Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, comments, and messages
Perform regular social media audits to ensure consistency across platforms

**Requirements:**

Proficient in Adobe Illustrator for graphic design tasks
Strong research skills to gather data and insights for content creation
Familiarity with Google Analytics for tracking performance metrics
Experience in web content creation and management
Knowledge of video editing tools for creating engaging multimedia content
Understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies
Excellent relationship management skills for engaging with followers and influencers
Attention to detail for proofreading content before publishing
Proficiency in Hootsuite or similar social media management tools
