Job Title: Music Agent

Overview:

Duties:
- Develop and maintain relationships with artists, record labels, and industry professionals
- Negotiate contracts for live performances, endorsements, and other opportunities
- Coordinate bookings for concerts, tours, and other events
- Provide career guidance and strategic advice to artists to help them achieve their goals
- Stay current on industry trends and market demands to effectively promote artists
- Handle logistics and scheduling for artists' engagements

Experience:
- Strong networking skills with the ability to build relationships with industry buyers
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with LGBTQ+ events, prides, venues and charity opportunities
