As a Social Media Analytics Intern, you will play a vital role in the company's digital marketing efforts by providing valuable insights and data-driven recommendations for our TikTok and Instagram content strategies. You will work closely with our media team to analyze performance metrics, track trends, and contribute to optimizing our social media presence. Job Description:

We are seeking an organized, driven, and creative social media analytics intern to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our COO/Creative Director and other interns to help our social media grow in all capacities. You will also have the option to participate in photoshoots, events, networking opportunities, and conversing with professionals in the industry and high-end clients. You will gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of fashion and entertainment, enhancing your analytical skills, marketing, and content creation while learning a strong sense of branding and building your portfolio.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for TikTok and Instagram, including but not limited to engagement rates, reach, impressions, click-through rates, and follower growth.
Create regular reports detailing social media performance, highlighting successes, trends, and areas for improvement.
Assist in identifying and analyzing relevant hashtags, trends, and viral content in the fashion and entertainment space.
Collaborate with the content team to develop data-backed insights that can inform the creation of engaging and shareable content.
Conduct competitive analysis to identify industry benchmarks and emerging social media trends. Also, find comparable accounts to elevate our concepts with examples.
Provide recommendations to optimize content strategy, posting schedules, and audience engagement techniques.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
Assist in influencer collaboration campaigns by analyzing potential partners' engagement and authenticity metrics.
Assist in managing social media files, archiving, and maintaining a well-organized digital library.
Contribute to the development and refinement of social media goals and objectives.
Able to meet hard deadlines and extremely detail-oriented. This position requires a self-starter and self-motivator.
Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools
Creative mindset to contribute innovative ideas for content and engagement strategies.
Familiarity with fashion and entertainment trends.
