Regional Continuity Manager
Townsquare Media Broadcasting has an immediate opening in our Traffic Department. This position manages the daily assignment and maintenance of creative copy for all broadcast commercial advertisers. Responsibilities will include the daily use of WideOrbit software to assign creative material as instructed by the client or Account Executives. This position requires interpretation of commercial instructions into vCreative, a paperless production order system, and coordination of live reads or endorsements with on-air talent, production, and programming.
Responsibilities
- Creative copy assignment for all local and national broadcast clients
- Workflow management within paperless production order
- Upload scripts for co-op clients
Qualifications
- Broadcast inventory management software is helpful, but not required
- Production or prior broadcasting experience is a plus
- Team oriented
- Excel in a multi-tasking environment
- Strong computer skills
- Superior organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical skills
- Professional demeanor and business understanding (required)
- Familiarity with WideOrbit
