PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Market Research/Insights, or Business majors preferred pharma experience strongly preferred Specializing in social listening and data analysis encompasses gathering and evaluating social media and online conversations pertinent to pharma clients and converting this data into actionable insights.
- In addition to collecting and analyzing behavioral data, uncovering pain points and desires to identify potential opportunities for the client to innovate and enhance their user’s experience. Meeting discussions are documented with comprehensive summaries, ensuring the inclusion of all tasks, deliverables, outstanding topics, and conclusions.
- Operational support tasks at client offices are managed, and prompt identification of irregularities in reports and data sources is carried out.
- Actionable insights and recommendations are developed, project timelines are adhered to, and current best practices are monitored.
- This role entails recognizing digital trends and articulating their impact, delivering visually engaging reports that tell a clear story, and serving as the strategic representative for digital insights at client offices, providing valuable expertise and guidance for pharma clients.
