Estimated Pay: $40,000.00 USD annually
Hours: Full Time (Monday - Friday) || 8:45AM - 6PM EST || In-office work || 1 hour lunch

Role Description:
We are actively seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Music Assistant (Floater) to join our team at EA. This position presents a distinctive chance to delve into the music industry and acquire firsthand experience in planning and executing live entertainment at university level and student organization events. This position will work closely with our University Booking Coordinator and Fraternity Booking Coordinator, assisting in their day-to-day operations - heavy cold calling/emailing. All applicants should possess excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.
As an Eclectic Artists Music Assistant (Floater) you will:
- Mainly assist our Coordinators with the following tasks:
- Initiate cold calling to expand clientele database
- Professionally handle incoming and outgoing calls with clients
- Assisting in the management of coordinator’s call schedules and calendars effectively
- Conduct outreach via email, text message, and calls
- Regularly update and maintain client information
- Stay informed about current and emerging trends in music, comedy, speakers, and pop culture
- Demonstrate high levels of confidence, credibility, and accountability both internally and externally
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 0-1 year(s) of experience in an agency, record label or the music industry preferred; Entry Level position
- Understanding of live events, music industry, and/or touring is a plus
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Gmail), Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook), Zoom, and Microsoft Team Meetings
- Strong attention to detail and highly dependable
- Capable of handling multiple tasks in a dynamic office environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability
- Very comfortable on the phone and speaking with people (90% of the position)
- Sales - oriented mindset
