A bit about you
A Junior Designer with some graphic design experience or a recent grad looking to join a small but energetic creative team. You are interested in the advertising industry with a focus in mobile, desktop, and connected TV. Looking to use your skillsets and learn new skills, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
This role will report to the Manager of Creative Services. The Junior Designer will work closely with the Manager of Creative Services, Account Managers, Revenue Managers, and Account Executives on assigned campaigns.
You will:
- Design mobile banner ads, landing pages, rich media ads, and edit connected TV for post-sales accounts for various industries including QSR, Retail, CPG, and more
- Work with Account Managers on asset requirements, campaign priority, and creative approval
- Work on 3-5 campaigns at any given time
- Work with Manager and Creative Director on best practices
- Take feedbacks from manager, client, and the team for future mocks or current edits
- Update creative content in Community, company's online resource center
- Archive creatives in Google Drive, company's cloud content sharing and management platform
- Work with greater team on brainstorming ideas for RFPs
You have:

- An online portfolio and some experience in graphic design (Bachelor's Degree, OR Graphic Design Certificates with 1 yr. experience, OR No Degree with 1-2 yrs. exp)
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Mainly focus on Photoshop and Illustrator)
- Familiarity with design principles (typography, design hierarchy, and layouts)
- Familiarity with design guidelines of different platforms (iOS, Android, Desktop, Mobile Web)
- Knowledge in PowerPoint to design presentation deck
- Experience in advertising design – is a plus
- Knowledge in Coding – is a plus
You are:
- Organized – Ability to work and prioritize 2-4 campaigns at any given time
- Technical – Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, familiarity with design principles and guidelines
- Communicative – Ability to communicate effectively and clearly over different communication channels from email, zoom, slack, or in-person
- Receptive – Ability to gather feedback and implement in future designs
- Proactive – Willingness to learn new software, design principles, and refine your skillset
- Willing to be a part of the team, company, and culture
