Job Description:
As the Marketing Manager, you will coordinate Halcyon's marketing actions and initiatives including internal and external support. You will collaborate with partners and leadership to drive brand strategy, create innovative content, and oversee various marketing projects. This role demands creativity, marketing trends expertise, and project management skills to enhance our market presence and to foster lasting connections with our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy Implementation: Partner with the Global Brand Manager to refine and implement the strategic, creative vision across company marketing channels
- Visual Brand Management: Support development and consistent application of key visual elements, ensuring uniformity across all marketing materials in alignment with our rebranding initiatives.
- Content Production: Facilitate the production of high-quality photographic and video content including product portfolio, ensuring it aligns with the Halcyon brand and appeals to our target demographics.
- Event Management: Support design and logistical execution of trade show booths and manage event planning for North American and European trade shows.
- Support for website content hosting and management
Qualifications:
- Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field or commensurate job experience
- Experience: Proven experience in content creation, graphic design, brand development, and managing creative projects.
- Creative Proficiency: Skilled in content generation, ideally with graphic design capacity, and media production experience.
- Industry Acumen: Current with the latest trends and technologies in graphic design, web design, video production
