DataPivot is looking to fill a blended role of Administrative Assistant and Marketing Operations Specialist. This position requires you to work out of DataPivot’s Headquarters.
An entrepreneurial “whatever it takes” mindset will be key to success. A degree in a related field such as – Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or Communications would be ideal but not required.
Job Description:
Provide general administrative support and add value in all areas and functions of the business.
Assist with the CEO’s organization, and key business and personal initiatives as needed. Perform email and calendar management, personal errands, and supportive tasks as needed.
Support CEO and leadership team in strategic meetings; Capture notes and track/report on completion of action items.
Provide support related to the effective completion of projects prioritized by the CEO | CMO | Head of Finance.
Perform market and customer research from time to time; assist with data gathering and reporting.
Assist CMO with the execution of two to three B2B marketing campaigns per quarter, including: In person events, webinars, and digital demand generation campaigns
Work closely with the CMO to perform general maintenance and make periodic updates to DataPivot’s corporate website.
Evaluate and potentially manage certain social media properties to help increase brand awareness & social engagement (LinkedIn, Twitter, FB, etc.) for DataPivot
Assist with General Office Operations
Support and collaborate with DataPivot’s Business Development Representatives (BDRs) on email and phone outreach to prospective clients.
Assist with marketing promotional items/purchases. Coordinate with marketing partners.
Preferred Skills/Experience for ideal candidate:
Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task within a deadline
Proficient in Microsoft Office with a focus on excel
Graphic Design Skills
Experience with Salesforce.com, LinkedIn Navigator and ZoomInfo
Comfortable in a fast-paced, start up environment where creativity is encouraged
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
