With a strong reputation for excellence, we are seeking a talented social media coordinator to join our team and help us effectively communicate our legal expertise to the community.
We are looking for a skilled social media coordinator to create engaging and informative content that showcases our legal services, builds trust with our community and potential clients, and helps us establish a strong online presence across all platforms. As a social media manager at Baxley Maniscalco, you will be responsible for creating content for all social media platforms, coordinating with our content writer to showcase web content and other team members to highlight firm achievements and day-to-day processes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including written posts, graphics, images, and videos
- Monitor social media channels for customer comments, questions, and feedback
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner and in the firm voice
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms
- Analyze social media data and insights to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
-Recommend top performing content to feature in paid social media advertising
Experience:
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms for a brand or organization
- Strong understanding of content creation, branding, and digital marketing principles
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and CanvaPro
- Ability to create visually appealing content
- Familiarity with social media marketing tools such as Hootsuite or CanvaPro
- Experience with web analytics tools to track social media performance
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a professional manner
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with social listening tools to monitor online conversations about the brand
