What we’re looking for:
SHAZAM is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to work within our Talent Acquisition (TA) team. Our goal is to provide a student intern with valuable talent acquisition and HR experience through our wide range of responsibilities and projects. This exciting and challenging role will provide an opportunity to earn while you learn and explore the beginnings of your own career path!
What you'll do:
- Support the Talent Acquisition (TA) team in:
- Drafting and posting job postings on company career page, job boards, and other relevant platforms. Ensuring all job postings are up-to-date and aligned with organizational branding.
- Reviewing and evaluating applicants and conducting initial phone screens.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring teams and preparing interview materials.
- Updating and maintaining the applicant tracking system.
- Administering assessments, processing background checks, and preparing offer letters.
- Support the TA and HR team with other various projects and tasks, including job description analysis, personnel file maintenance, HRIS administration, onboarding, etc.
What you need:
- Current pursuit of a degree in HR or a relevant area.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a highly confidential environment and quickly adapt to change and prioritizing needs.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
- Resourceful, enthusiastic, and proactive.
