We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Goolge/Facebook Ad Specialist /Content Creator/Marketing Strategist to join our team at Joyride based in Nashville, TN. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to promote our multiple business units (Golf Cart, Party Bus, Tractor, EBike, Walking Tours and our New Bar next to the Gulch) , as well as creating compelling and engaging content to help drive brand awareness and customer engagement. (Facebook Live, Instagram, TikTok ...etc)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and social media channels.
- Plan, create, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
- Manage the company's presence on social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create and curate engaging content for digital platforms including website, blog, social media, and email newsletters.
- Develop overarching marketing strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
- Develop a content calendar and produce high-quality, relevant content that resonates with the target audience.
- Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others.
- Generate regular reports on key metrics, insights, and trends, and provide recommendations for optimization and improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, search engine algorithms, and social media platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, and design to ensure alignment of digital marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion in the digital space, and implement innovative marketing initiatives to reach target audiences effectively.
- Work with the Marketing Strategist to analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Assist in the development of marketing plans and budgets, and provide strategic recommendations to optimize marketing spend and maximize ROI.
- Conduct market research and gather insights to inform strategic decision-making and ensure marketing efforts are targeted and effective.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on strategy and content creation
- Strong understanding of marketing and communication principles, as well as experience with digital marketing tools and platforms
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling content for a variety of channels
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform and optimize marketing efforts
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners
This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits package.

Pay: $56,500.00 - $100,000.00 per year
