Candidate will be responsible for running social media campaigns. You will be responsible for managing content, communities, and engagement on Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms.
You will also help to create content for blogs and other mediums.
As the social media associate you will be responsible for developing, sustaining and growing the company’s brand and new business objectives through social media, content and video. In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging all content marketing while generating and executing new ideas to support the Company’s branding and new business objectives.
Responsibilities
The Social Media & Content Associate will have the following duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Candidates should consider themselves strong marketing thinkers and graphic designers
- Work closely with marketing team to design and produce visually creative marketing materials.
- Create high quality digital and printed materials.
- Design graphics for trade advertisements, event invitations, custom marketing materials, pitchbooks, brochures, internal publications, and promotional materials.
- Review materials so that visual quality, format, content are consistent with firm guidelines.
- Attend and participate in the weekly marketing department meeting (as scheduling permits).
- Monitor and follow status schedules to keep projects on time.
- Create and develop a strategic social media plan leveraging appropriate content that properly positions the company as a thought leader in its areas of expertise
- Provide a flexible, creative approach to planned and spontaneous ideas to facilitate real time social content, where appropriate
- Contribute to content creation
- Make strategic recommendations to drive engagement, impressions, awareness, thought leadership, lead generation/nurturing and lead conversions
- Provide guidance on social media advertising backed by ROI and other key analytics
- Develop product-specific plans to assist key marketing initiatives
- Qualifications
Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite as well as knowledge of social media is a big plus.
Passion about all aspects of marketing and a good understanding of print and digital marketing tactics, including content marketing, email marketing, and search marketing
Strong time management skills and ability to effectively multi-task a high standard of verbal and written communication for internal and external audiences
Expertise across all major social platforms. Including: Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, etc.
Experience developing and executing paid media campaigns across various social platforms – preferably for a leading b2b brand
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
