Hey, I'm Adam Bensman. Host of the Roof Strategist YouTube Channel, the most followed Roofing Sales Training channel in the $20B roofing industry.

I've been growing my channel since 2015 and need your help to take us to our first 100k subscribers (we're at 66.4k right now).

Who We Are

Our YouTube Channel, Podcast, and social media channels are focused on providing sales education to roofing sales people all across the US, Canada, and beyond. You can find us @roofstrategist or searching "Adam Bensman."

We are NOT looking for the punch-you-in-the-face style of content. The video style we use is education based. We keep it simple, relatable, and easy to understand. Our goal for each video is for the viewer to learn something that they can easily apply to change their lives.

We have literally thousands of testimonials from people who have changed their lives, paid off their debt, purchased their first home, and even started their own wildly successful business.

Where You Fit In

You'll be editing 2-3 videos per week on YouTube (and use the audio for our Podcast).

You'll also be helping us produce 2 Shorts/Reels per day. Our shorts are a mix of videos that I film (~36seconds and I film them in one take), as well as clips you'll pull from previous long-form videos.

It's important that you understand our messaging so you can extract powerful teaching moments from our longer form videos. We use OpusClips to help fast-track the process, and you'll need to jazz them up :)

A plus, but not requirement, is basic graphic design skills to help prepare thumbnails.

Qualifications:

- Deep understanding of best practices on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Incredible written and verbal communication.
- Deep understanding of our content, mission, and purpose.
- Ability to extract powerful messaging for our shorts.
- Ability to emphasize educational points in your editing using text overlays or graphics.

Fully Remote, Full Time

- This position is fully remote
- Working hours are 9-5 Central (negotiable after 60 days).
- We collaborate on Slack
