Graphics Layout Specialist

We are a global agency creating immersive experiences and events. We're looking for a talented Graphics Layout Specialist to join our team and play a key role in the production of large format event graphics for tradeshows and exhibits.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and produce digital files for large format printing using industry-standard design software.
Work ranges from basic layouts to complex modifications of existing artwork or creating custom graphics based on client direction.
Collaborate with design, detailing, and project management teams to ensure accurate preparation of digital media.
Perform prepress tasks, including file manipulation, proof generation, and quality checks.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of prepress for large format printing is required.
Establish file type, setup, and color standards for signage.
Interface with internal and external partners to produce and procure signage.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Assist in coordinating project information and asset delivery across all departments.

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in graphic design and production
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
Self-starter with strong decision-making abilities
Excellent time management and multitasking skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
