Job Description:

We are seeking an Executive Producer that will attain the proper financing for the development and production of assigned film projects within the company. Executive Producers can be sourced through a studio, a company, or through themselves.

The EP must be a self-motivated and organized leader with great follow-through skills and the ability to prioritize and manage complex organizational issues. Regular travel is required.

Key Duties:

Raises funding from production companies, studios, or independant financiers
Works to increase audience interest and gain investments through partnerships/casting with popular figures and/or companies.
Hires and supervises producers and show production to innovate new storytelling styles and showcase high impact content.
Approves of the budget that’s given to them by the line producer
Ensures the project(s) adhere to the artistry and vision as promised to the investors, while also making sure that said project is on brand, relevant and impactful.

Learning Objectives:

At Soundsight Productions LLC, the Executive Producer will gain practical experience in setting, guiding and evaluating production processes. The EP will become skilled in budget, project and people management and will inquire knowledge of direct leadership and significant influence within a scaled organization. EPs will also learn how to balance multiple projects within a timely manner to ensure that productions meet industry standards while also prioritizing the views of the customer.

Required Qualifications/Skills:

Practical experience in setting, guiding, and evaluating production processes.
Track record of budget, project, and people management. Track record of direct leadership & significant influence within a scaled organization.
Wide and deep understanding of project management, especially in creative projects.
Knowledge of project financing & project resourcing.
Effective communication with multiple teams is required including: production team, marketing, PR, advertising, Exec., wardrobe, etc.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
High school diploma preferred
Flexible Schedule: ability to work nights, weekends, holidays
Necessary means of transportation/Ability to travel
Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the U.S.

Salary
Unpaid Internship. Intern will receive course credit with university and experience with hands-on film productions; in pre-production, production and post-production. Executive Producer does not have to attend university, can be a graduate. We are looking for someone that understands and looks forward to what Soundsight represents and would like to grow within a quickly growing company.
