We are seeking a talented and creative Digital Marketing and Graphics Design Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and website.
Design and produce engaging visual content for digital marketing initiatives, including social media graphics, banners, email templates, and website assets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns and promotions.
Maintain brand consistency and ensure all digital assets align with brand guidelines.
Optimize digital content for maximum engagement and effectiveness, including A/B testing and performance analysis.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and graphic design.
Assist in the creation of marketing materials for both online and offline channels, including brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to support overall business objectives.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Assist develop and maintain marketing KPIs.
Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts through data analysis and reporting.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing is a plus but not required, including social media management, email marketing, and content creation.
Proficiency in graphic design software.
Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines.
Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices is a plus.
Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus but not required.
A portfolio showcasing previous work in both digital marketing and graphic design is preferred.
