restauWant, a dynamic marketing agency that specializes in the restaurant industry, is seeking a talented and versatile Creative Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for a creative individual with a passion for food and an enthusiasm for designing a wide range of digital and print marketing materials. As our Creative Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual aspects of our clients' marketing campaigns, from conceptualization to execution.

Responsibilities:

Design Development: Create compelling and effective visual designs across a variety of media, including digital ads, social media content, print materials, promotional items, and potentially branding and packaging.
Visual Strategy: Work closely with the marketing and strategy teams to understand client objectives and develop design concepts that effectively communicate brand messages and achieve marketing goals.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to client brand guidelines and contribute to the coherence and recognition of the brand across all platforms.
Collaboration and Feedback: Collaborate with other creatives and stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine designs and enhance visual communication.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies, especially within the food and restaurant industry, to keep our creative outputs fresh and relevant.
Project Management: Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high quality and creativity under tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
Expertise in design software and technologies, such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with web design tools.
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Passion for the restaurant industry and an understanding of food-related design aesthetics.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in the food, restaurant, or hospitality industry.
Skills in additional design areas like motion graphics or interactive design.

Pay: $66,445.00 - $73,515.00 per year
