Boosted Commerce is seeking a talented social media, On-air Talent for Livestreaming to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging live streaming content across our social media platforms, showcasing our products, and connecting with our audience in real-time.

Responsibilities

The Social Sales Presenter position focuses on creating and executing an energetic “sales show” to obtain viewer's interest, engagement and become a follower.
During the live streaming, we are looking to create viewer interactions and direct product purchases from the viewers.
The social sales host is responsible for livestreaming the sales events.
Collaborate with operations staff during the broadcast/live stream process.
Learn and obtain product knowledge in detail and create sales scripts.
Develop creative ways to enhance and improve production workflow.
Strive to achieve target, improve viewers engagement and experience.
Needs to be up to date on the latest marketing trends and produce innovative selling strategies and ideas for live streams.
Perform other duties, projects and initiatives as assigned and when required.
Interact with viewers, respond to comments, and foster a positive online community.
Collaborate with the production team in the creation of product videos.
Assist with filming, modeling, and acting for video shoots.
Follow directions effectively to ensure the desired outcome in product short videos.
Contribute to video content development by providing ideas and participating in discussions.

Qualifications

Looking for someone who is cheerful, lively, confident, energetic, and a team player.
Comfortable in-front of the camera
You will also need extensive knowledge of the haircare, beauty industry and TikTok. A good sense of timing, and the ability to ad lib is essential.
Quick learner and ability to adapt to different situations.
Quick learner and must know the products well before the live show.
Able to make changes to improve the sales process for social sales events.
Able to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of TikTok content production processes and techniques
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
Onsite work required.

Duties:

- Host and present on-air segments, shows, or podcasts

- Conduct interviews with guests and experts

- Write scripts and prepare content for on-air delivery

- Edit and produce video content using Adobe Creative Suite

- Translate and interpret content for bilingual audiences

- Engage with listeners/viewers through social media platforms

- Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth operation of live broadcasts

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or related field preferred

- Proven experience in on-air hosting or similar role

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Proficiency in video editing software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite

- Ability to write compelling scripts and deliver engaging content

- Strong interpersonal skills to connect with guests and listeners/viewers

- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
