We are a dynamic group of companies seeking a creative Graphic Designer to join our team and support the visual branding and marketing efforts of multiple companies within our portfolio. Position Summary:

We are looking for a creative and versatile Part-Time Graphic Designer to collaborate with multiple brands within our family of companies. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in graphic design across various mediums, including digital and print. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate creative briefs into visually compelling designs that align with each company's brand identity and objectives.

Responsibilities:

Create and design visual assets for a variety of projects, including but not limited to social media graphics, digital advertisements, website banners, print materials, signage, & various marketing materials.
Collaborate with marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives, ensuring designs effectively communicate key messages and align with brand guidelines.
Produce high-quality, pixel-perfect designs that are visually appealing, on-brand, and optimized for different platforms and channels.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, while adhering to project timelines and deadlines.
Iterate on designs based on feedback from creative director making revisions as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices, continually seeking opportunities to enhance design quality and effectiveness.
Maintain organized files and assets, ensuring efficient workflow and easy access for future reference or revisions.
Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions and collaborative projects across multiple companies.
Adapt designs for different audiences, markets, and mediums while maintaining brand consistency and integrity.
Uphold high standards of design excellence and professionalism in all work produced.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably with experience working with multiple clients or brands simultaneously.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools and software.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of visual aesthetics and craftsmanship.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field preferred.
Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across different mediums and styles.

Schedule and Compensation:

This is a part-time position with flexible hours, approximately 20 per week, or as needed with the option to grow into a full-time position. The compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
