Hawaiian Properties, Ltd. is seeking a Marketing Designer/Administrative Assistant to assist the Vice President of Business Development in overall marketing activities to achieve business and marketing objectives. Must reside here in Hawaii.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

· Design all marketing materials, such as proposals, digital and print ads, newsletters and brochures.

· Assemble proposals and update templates by formatting content and graphics.

· Support sales presentations with requested packets or promotional items.

· Assist with the design, ordering, and inventorying of the company’s marketing materials and promotional items.

· Prepare solicitation mailers and brochures.

· Coordinate company sponsored seminars, tradeshows, and events. For board member seminars and building manager seminars, duties will include:

o Prepare mailing list and send out invitations (hard and soft copy).

o Handle RSVPs and event questions.

o Put together agenda, handouts, surveys and PowerPoint presentations.

o Review and input survey results.

o Assist with event set-up.

· Update job knowledge by participating in industry seminars and events as approved by supervisors. Attend training as needed.

· Update and organize the marketing department's files, mailing lists and databases.

· Update the company website.

· Maintain LinkedIn and assist third party with other social media platforms.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Knowledge and Experience in Graphic Design – Photoshop, Publisher and Adobe Illustrator (or other comparable software)

· Ability to create professional designs.

· Advanced knowledge and experience in Social media management.

· Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Must be organized with excellent time management skills

· Demonstrated strong customer service skills

· College degree preferred but not required
