Role and Responsibilities

Create engaging graphic content for digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and web.

Design visual materials using Adobe Creative Suite, focusing on programs like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Lightroom.
Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Generate and share daily content that fosters meaningful connections with the audience.
Maintain brand consistency across all digital marketing channels.
Analyze social media metrics and data to guide strategy improvements.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure a cohesive marketing approach.
Design and produce creative assets for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they are optimized for web integration.
Leverage a strong background in web technologies to enhance website aesthetics and user experience.
Collaborate closely with our web development team to ensure design and web functionalities align seamlessly.
Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design, with a particular focus on web-compatible creations.
Strategize and execute social media content that reflects our web-centric approach, driving coherent and unified brand messaging.
Analyze and apply web and social media analytics to refine and adapt marketing and design strategies.

Hiring Requirements

1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising setting.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design and digital content creation.
Experience with social media marketing and digital marketing strategies.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with digital design tools.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and creative problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience in graphic design with a strong emphasis on web design and development.
Proficient in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and responsive design principles.
Demonstrable experience with Adobe Creative Suite, focusing on web design tools.
Familiarity with digital marketing trends and the ability to apply them to web-based designs.
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in web-centric graphic design and marketing materials.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt designs for various web environments.

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive hourly compensation between $23 - $28 depending on experience.
Medical / Dental / Vision insurance plan. We pay 90% of the monthly premium for employees.

Paid Vacation – Employees accrue 80 hours of vacation time per year.
7 Paid Holidays – New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the Friday after Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
Paid sick time in accordance with Washington State Law.
