Position Overview:

We are looking for a part-time Creative Lead. The creative lead will be responsible for driving the design and creative aspects of client projects, including ensuring that all design assets are consistent with the client brand look, feel and goals. Client assets include social media graphics, brand design guides, website design mock-ups, YouTube thumbnails, etc.

Position Duties:

Understand and execute the big-picture vision for client visuals to ensure assets align with their brand mission and goals
Outline the creative vision and direction for team members to use when creating design assets for clients
Ensure the overall quality of assets before sending for client approval
Collaborate with other team members to meet creative objectives
Adhere to industry and brand-specific design standards
Be able to roll up your sleeves and do design work if needed

The right person will have the following skills:

5-10 years of proven experience in graphic design, preferably in a similar role
Be detail-oriented
Work with deadlines
Excellent skills in graphic design programs like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva
Excellent communication skills
Outstanding time management and multitasking skills
Be able to think outside of the box
