Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Label Relations and Promotions Coordinator to join our team part-time, freelance. This position is crucial in building and maintaining relationships with record labels, artists, and other industry stakeholders. You will play a key role in promoting our artists, planning and executing promotional campaigns, and ensuring that our artists' music reaches the right audience.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with record labels, artists, and other music industry professionals.
Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase visibility and reach for our artists.
Coordinate and manage promotional campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and event planning.
Could you monitor and analyze the performance of promotional activities and adjust strategies as needed?
Could you collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for various platforms?
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging artists to identify new opportunities for collaboration and promotion.
Requirements:

Passion for music and a deep understanding of the music industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in marketing, public relations, or a related field is a plus.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Creativity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
