We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing our social media strategy, creating engaging content, and building strong online communities.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement

- Create reel videos for our Tiktok, Instagram, and Facebook that are to be uploaded daily.

- Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content across various social media platforms

- Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities

- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute social media campaigns

- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve

- Utilize analytics tools to track social media performance and generate reports

- Grow our followers across both Tiktok and Instagram.

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role

- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and emerging trends

- Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design and video editing

- Familiarity with social media management tools

- Comfortable on camera

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to create visually appealing content including photography and graphics

- Experience in social media marketing and relationship management is a plus

- Experience working with beauty and/or fragrance brands.
